RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES
All product returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All product must be in original condition that has not been installed, used, modified, or show wear. Customer is responsible for all return freight or shipping costs incurred. No HD ramp, HD ramp accessories or electrical and lighting products are eligible for return. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice with all customer contact information listed. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at time of purchase or store credit. Special order items are not eligible for return. Any returns that do not qualify under the conditions mentioned will not receive a refund or credit.
ONLINE STORE PICK-UP
Any items ordered online for in store pick up must be picked up within 30 days of order or the items will be returned and refunded.
