Returns / Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES

All product returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All product must be in original condition that has not been installed, used, modified, or show wear. Customer is responsible for all return freight or shipping costs incurred. No HD ramp, HD ramp accesories or electrical and lighting products are eligible for return. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice with all customer contact information listed. Refunds will be processed against the payment method used at time of purchase. Non-stock items returned are subject to a restocking fee. Any returns that do not qualify under the conditions mentioned will not receive a refund or credit.
